Another Stage of Career Life…

Promotion may not mean a huge change to my career. But company, project and job profile change is. Recently changed project and role, I keep telling myself this is a test to for my progression.

I remember a childhood friend ever told me human are just so not comfortable to move out from their comfort zone, and my partner told me managing people is tougher than project. There I am in all the above situation... Not only out of my comfort zone, and also how mature am I in managing my mood and people.

Then I remembered my ex project manger advise.. something in this direction... "Give your senior their due respect, even if they may not be as good.. respect them for their experience". As I progress at work, I start to appreciate what he said more n more.. Especially when I get to work with n see how rude some can be..
