Breast Feeding

Recently than I know there are actually 3 Option to New Born Feeding:

1) Breast Feeding exclusively (Latch on);
2) Express Breast Milk (EBM);
3) Infant Formula

Option 1 is the best as the tempreature is just right, least case of colic and more antibotics.

Option 2 is more suitable for working mum

and Option 3 is unless you are not producing enough or cos you want a longer feeding interve.
